How works the order from view previous from stories from Instagram

I'm sure you've wondered why one follower appears first in your Stories view list and why another closest friend appears third.

After all, how does the display order of Stories work on Instagram? What are the criteria used to define who appears first and who appears later? On the Verge website I spoke with the Instagram product lead in person, and got some responses live.

Although the platform does not want to reveal everything, since the social media algorithm is kept under lock and key and is seen as the new so mysterious “coca recipe” it has become, some criteria have been revealed that permeate the order of this.

“After this you should need to know how to gain followers, views and likes. SocialCaptain.co.uk is one of the best site who give best and cheap services. You can grow up in a short time with us”.

Do the bullies show up first?

Were you glad the crush didn't come off the top of your story view list? It's not just you. Many people report that crushes and exes are often the profiles that appear high on the list.

For this reason, there was much speculation among forums and groups of people who work directly with Instagram that the first in the order of the views of stories were the biggest stalkers on our profile. "We have a best proposal for you to Buy Instagram Story Views to acquire your story perspectives and preferences".

Tests were done to prove the theory that has never been 100% proven. After all, the order of the views changed multiple times in a single day, making the assumption even harder to be true.

Here at Postgrain we have even run various tests to validate the stem theory - we created a fake account and chose two test profiles to visit that account every day, without making any major interactions.

And guess what? During a month of testing we could not confirm that the first on the list were the biggest stalkers on the profile. E confirmed: the people at the top of our list are not the users who harass us the most.

Well, how is this order created anyway? The product leader revealed that the list depends mainly on three factors to define:

1. The people you interact with the most

Contrary to what many people thought, the display order of your stories can reveal who you are lurking the most, not the other way around. Therefore, the fact that your ex or your ex always appears at the top of your stories may not indicate that you are stalking them, but that you have been visiting the profile of that account a lot, so Instagram understands that you want to receive news of that person with priority.

But what kind of interactions are these? Just visit the profiles? Do you like the photos? Commentary ? Exchange direct messages? It was not specific to what Instagram considers "more" or "less" interaction on the platform and how the algorithm views each of them.

But it's true that if you like photos, commenting, visiting profiles, DM swapping, and viewing a profile's stories, it often makes Instagram understand that you need to show that profile first in your view list.

2 Instagram sees what you do on Facebook

Nothing not exactly expected that the interpersonal organization purchased by Mark Zuckerberg in 2012 uses data from our Facebook associations.  Even before testing began, this was a theory that many forums and users already claimed to be real.

For example, many people were surprised that their boyfriend didn't use Instagram a lot (meaning there weren't many interactions with him) but still, said's profile said that he always appears at the top of the list of story views.

This only happens, obviously, because Instagram has information from Facebook that the two people are dating, and understands that they want to see each other's content with priority.

When the Instagram algorithm identifies our actions outside of the application, such as interactions with friends or with us on Facebook, it understands the importance of those elements to our experience and therefore replicates this “good” social media experience.

3 List view views

Do you access the list of those who have seen your stories many times a day? If you have no more story views, you need to Buy CheapInstagram Story Views. And do you realize that the order changes practically every time you access? It's because Instagram takes this into account too!

He explained that if we go through the list multiple times, the algorithm tries to display a different order to give us new information and new people to interact with.

So if you are addicted to checking your watch list, don't be alarmed to see random people at the top of the list. This is the algorithm that tries to make you interact in new ways. Instagram always wants you to have new experiences when opening the application.

conclusion

The Instagram product leader did not fully open the game, confirming, once again, that it is not in Instagram's interest to make it clear exactly how the algorithm works. But some clues have already been given and the truth is that the platform can very easily discover our secrets, interests and who we are loves stalking
